Für die Erfolge meiner Klienten, steht mir keine Anerkennung zu. Sie sind es, die die Arbeit geleistet und Ergebnisse erzielt haben. Nichtsdestotrotz bin ich dankbar für meine Intuition, der ich blind vertraue. Meine Intuition hilft mir das grosse Bild und die Zusammenhänge zu erkennen. Erfolg hängt im Coaching stark von der Beziehung zwischen Coach und Klienten ab und funktioniert nur, wenn beide Parteien sich voll darauf einlassen. Entweder es passt, oder eben nicht.
